Please try a Sample Sizing Kit before ordering to find your perfect sizes and test out our shapes. 

There is a guide showing an example of each shape in the listing pictures. Lengths may vary slightly on different people depending on the length of their natural nail bed. 

The size you select refers to the width of your nails not the length of the false nails. Each shape is the length the see in the nail shape guide. If you would like any of these shapes altered such as shortened please get in touch and leave a message with your order at the checkout with any specifications. We will try our best to make these happen. 

The standard sets include 10 nails in sizes:
X Small, Small, Medium, Large or Custom. These sizes refer to the width of your natural nails/size of your hands not the length of the false nails. 

The easiest and most accurate way to find your sizes is with a Sample Sizing Pack, please order one before purchasing. This includes 10 blank numbered nails for you to test the size and shape before you buy. Some shapes differ slightly so please choose the shape you are likely to purchase for your main set to get the most accurate sizing.

Our sizes are not universal for each shape, some shapes for example our Almond, Natural Sculpted Coffin, Rounded & Extra Short Squoval shapes are sized differently. Please see the product pictures for sizing. 

If your nails do not fit our set sizes please select "Custom Size" from the drop down box and leave a note of your sizes in the "Special Requests" section with your order. 

Please note, if you leave sizes that are smaller than an extra small and you have not ordered a sizing pack previously, we will make your nails in an Extra Small. 

We also offer full sets of 24 mixed sizes, these are perfect for gifts, if you are unsure which size to select or if you would like spare nails. These sets include: 2x nail sizes 0 to 9 and an additional 2x size 5 & 6 so you are guaranteed to find your perfect fit.

Toe nails are offered in a box of 24 mixed sized nails or via custom size only.

You can also measure your nails yourself using a tape measure however this is less accurate than using our Sample Sizing Pack. Please see the sizing graphic in the listing pictures for more information on measurements.

As all of the nails are hand made to order please allow 3 - 4 weeks for dispatch. This does NOT include shipping time.

Please be patient when waiting for your nails, we work very hard to get your nails made to specifications but we work to large queues and this does take time. Please do not message us regarding when your nails will be sent out before the 4 week period as we are unable to give individual order updates.

We try our best to get the nails out in this time but it cannot be guaranteed during busier periods. If you need your nails for a certain date please get in touch on the contact pages first and leave a note with the date they are needed with your order. 

We also offer a limited number of 'Rush My Order' upgrades if you need them quicker.  Please message before to check we can get them to your for your desired date. 

We send orders under £20 via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For within the UK. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders over £20 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
